Randy Fetsch is a member of The Blum Team and obtained his real estate license in February 2005. He was born and raised in Salem, and attended Middle Grove, Whiteaker, McNary and McKay schools in his youth. Randy was brought up in the motorsports world, and started racing at the age of 15 in a 1955 Chevrolet. He also spent 20 years in a family owned automotive business.
Family is first and foremost important to Randy. Happily married to his wife, Teri, Randy cherishes the opportunity they have to share amazing times with each other, their children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents and family making memories that will last a lifetime. During his time off, Randy especially finds joy being a grandpa and spending family time at the lake, the dunes or just getting away in his and Teri’s RV.
Randy truly enjoys having the opportunity to work with clients to find that “just right” house to call home. Every day he strives to live up to this phrase, “I feel every day is a good day, some are just better than others, and I strive to help those around me make it one of those better days!”
Taylor is a natural people person and relishes the opportunity to assist homebuyers and sellers in the very community where she has grown up. Born and raised in Salem, Taylor enjoys serving in different local organizations when the opportunity presents itself. For her, it’s simply a way of “giving back” to the Salem/Keizer community that has given so much to her.
Taylor attended private elementary school at Willamette Christian School, then went on to Judson Jr. High and graduated from Sprague High School. When she wasn’t in school, Taylor spent much of her time as a competitive all-star cheerleader. Many of her weekends were spent competing on the largest stages in both local and national venues in places like Vancouver BC, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Dallas, and many others. The highlight for her was when her team qualified and competed in the World’s competition at Disneyworld in Orlando, FL.
Taylor’s career in sales began in retail where she instantly stood out because of her sales skills, customer service, and ability to work with and manage a sales team. Before long, it became evident that working for and with The Blum Team was going to be the right fit for her. Taylor represents a third generation in Real Estate, so even at a young age, she has had the good fortune to be surrounded by the kind of experience and service that The Blum Team has always been known for. Taylor remains steadfast in continuing that tradition.
Be sure to give Taylor and The Blum Team a call today if you have any real estate needs of any kind. She’s here to do what she does best; helping both homebuyers and sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals!

A licensed realtor for three years, Ashley is driven to help buyers and sellers make their real estate goals come true!
A bit of a nomad, Ashley was born in California and raised in Colorado. In high school her family moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, where she spent her final three years singing in the school choir and musicals, going to the beach and soaking up sunshine. When it came time to pick a college, no school could hold a candle to Salem’s very own Willamette University. There she earned a BA in Sociology and a minor in Spanish, sang in the prestigious Willamette Singers, and helped found the all-women’s A Cappella group, Up Top, which still performs on campus today.
Though she’s lived in many different places around the Western United States, the charm of Salem pulled her heartstrings, and she knew this was where she wanted to put down roots. After moving back to Salem last summer, she now lives here in town with her husband and their Dachshund/Yorkie mix, Jackie. In her spare time you might find her on a walk in Minto Brown, swimming at the gym, judging a local speech & debate tournament, or perusing booths at the farmer’s market.
Ashley began her real estate career in Portland, working on fast-paced, high producing teams. Having worked as both a listing and transaction coordinator, Ashley is well-versed in the stress and uncertainty that so often goes along with such a big transaction. On The Blum Team, Ashley uses her knowledge and expertise to make sure her clients are well-informed, know their options, and feel empowered to make the right choices for them and their families. She strongly believes that knowledge is power, and strives to help her clients make smart and informed decisions. After all, buying a home is the biggest investment most people make, and she cares deeply about making sure her clients make a good one.
Do you have any questions about getting ready to buy or sell? Ashley is here to help! Call her today at 971-301-2616.
